Website Design for a School Photographer
This website was designed for Nina Budai, a photographer from Sevastopol, Crimea, who has been specializing in school photography and creating graduation photo books for over 17 years.
I was especially happy to work on this project. I don't see other photographers as competitors—on the contrary, I believe that collaboration, sharing experience, and supporting one another make the creative community stronger. That's why I was delighted to create a website that highlights a fellow photographer's years of experience and unique style.
Project Goal
The website was designed for parents, schools, and graduating students. The visual concept was inspired by school yearbooks, printed publications, and traditional school journals. Clean typography, generous white space, and a structured layout create a sense of order, quality, and reliability.
Rather than relying on bold visual effects, the design was intentionally kept clean and timeless. It doesn't compete with the photography—instead, it allows the images to remain the focal point of the website.
